I had some really bad shoulder pain, I’ve had it for years since I damaged my AC joint. Charlotte assured me that she would be able to help but it would take a few sessions.. I was skeptical!
However she proved me wrong, after 4 sessions the movement in my shower has massively improved as well as the pain. My range of motion has increased and she showed me this with before and after measurements she taken of how far I can move my shoulder.
Charlotte is really knowledgeable and made me feel relaxed and at ease.. she explained what she was doing and why she was doing it, she also gave me some exercises to practice at home to help maintain my movement.
Seriously impressed!! I’ve booked a block of 6 sessions ready for the winter as my shoulder always get worse in the cold!

Whilst training for a big event I pulled my IT band, and thought I wouldnt be able to race. After a few key sessions with Charlotte I was able to run, and thanks to her, complete the event. I can't thank her enough for sorting out this issue, and making the race possible. She is very knowledgeable, informative, and professional. Would highly recommended. Very happy client
